Dr. Vandegriend

Dr. Vandegriend is a cardiologist, cardiac intensivist and heart failure specialist at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, BC. He received his M.D. at the University of Alberta before moving to Vancouver to complete his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Vandegriend went on to complete a sub-speciality fellowship in cardiac intensive care at Toronto General Hospital, University of Toronto. Dr. Vandegriend’s clinical and research interests include heart failure, cardiac arrest, mechanical circulatory support and cardiac intensive care.
