Reminder that Abstract submissions must be submitted by December 1st . The top 10 abstracts will present to a panel and The top presenter will be given the opportunity to present their abstract in the general session. Great opportunity to share the hard work you have done.

Submission deadline: December 1, 2019

A presentation session will be held where the ten (10) chosen abstracts will be presented to a judging panel. This will be a five (5) minute oral presentation including both presentation and question/answer period. The winner will have their presentation reviewed and provided feedback to assist with further exploration of their content/presentation.

Submission guidelines:
Abstracts of original work are being accepted for review. Submit abstracts via e-mail to with the subject heading “CCCC Abstract.” The body of the message should contain contact information (name, address, and e-mail address). The abstract should be submitted as a file attachment named after the first author. Authors submitting more than one abstract must make each file name unique.

The abstract must be in the form of a Microsoft Word Document with the following specifications:

One Page Only: 8.5″x11″
Title: Bold.
Authors: Use first and last names. Degree (MD, RN, RRT, PhD) may be included.
Affiliation: Include Department(s), University/Hospital, City, State/Province. (Use standard abbreviations where applicable.)
Abstract: Include four sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Start each section on a different line with its title in Bold.
The Scientific Committee renders final decisions on acceptance. Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail. Presentations will be made in the main lecture room. Presentations are to be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation (maximum four slides, no exceptions). Presenters must be present and answer questions during the panel review. Thank-you!
