Roger is a senior staff specialist in the intensive care unit at the Royal North Shore hospital and the Sydney Adventist hospital (SAN) In Sydney Australia. He is dual qualified in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care. He is the supervisor of training in the Intensive care unit at the SAN and was awarded the ACEM foundation medal in 2004. His main interests are innovation in education and ICU nutrition. He is a board member for a number of NFP charities including the Northcare Foundation and the Centre for Critical Care Collaboration (C4). He is probably best known as one of the co-founders of SMACC (Social Media and Critical Care) with Oliver Flower and Chris Nickson, which is the fastest growing critical care conference in the world.
He is currently on a “Gap Year” living in sunny London UK
